1. Schedule a Consultation Call


Book a 10–15-minute consultation call with us.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where:

  • You’ll learn more about how our coaching works
  • We’ll talk about your goals, experience level, and current routine
  • You can ask questions and get clarity

This call is about making sure we’re aligned and that our coaching style supports what you’re trying to achieve. Strength training is essential for building muscle, burning fat, and improving overall health. I will work with you to develop a strength training program that fits your goals and abilities.


 2. Complete Your Sign-Up Forms 


 

If we’re a good fit, we’ll email you your onboarding forms.

These forms help us:

  • Understand your health history and movement readiness
  • Learn more about your goals and preferences
  • Customize your coaching experience from day one

Your safety and long-term success always come first.


 3. Schedule Your First Session 


 Once your forms are submitted, we’ll schedule your first coaching session.

In some cases, depending on health history, we may recommend:

  • A physician's clearance, or
  • A gradual, modified start

We believe in training smart, safely, and sustainably. There’s no rush — your progress matters more than speed.
